The Investigation and Allegations
It is suspected that fake PB BSc / MSc Nursing courses are being conducted in more than 200 nursing colleges operating under the affiliation of Rajiv Gandhi University in Karnataka. As part of an ongoing investigation by Future 360, more evidence has been obtained, and the names of 25 nursing colleges strongly suspected of continuing this fraud are listed above.
Warning to Parents and Students
Parents and students with actual knowledge and awareness, who understand the true dignity and nobility of the nursing profession, should exercise caution before taking admission for the 2026-2027 academic year.
- Personally visit these institutions to verify if all students admitted for PB BSc / MSc Nursing courses in the 2024-25 and 2025-26 academic years are physically present on campus.
- Do not hesitate to collect information about these students from admission agents who may call or threaten you in the name of “pre-booking” admissions.
- Otherwise, when an investigation follows and the frauds are exposed with evidence, and these institutions lose their recognition—who will be answerable for your future?
- Conversely, ensure you get it in writing from the principals of these institutions that these nursing students do not need to attend regular classes and that there are no legal issues involved before proceeding. Otherwise, the admission agents and management will abandon you, and your future and life will be completely ruined/burnt to ashes.
A Deep-Rooted Scam
The illegal study scam in PB BSc & MSc Nursing courses is a massive fraud that has been ongoing for several years in hundreds of nursing institutions under RGUHS. This fraud has continued until now with the tacit approval of RGUHS authorities. Without understanding the truth, tens of thousands of individuals have falsely studied these crucial nursing courses, obtained degrees and post-graduate degrees, and are living by deceiving the public under the mask of “service.” This must be viewed as a challenge to the judicial systems of our country.
Principals Under Scrutiny
However, the new circular issued by Rajiv Gandhi Health University reveals some stark truths. The great truth that “a thief will be caught one day” is being fulfilled here. The hidden reality behind this is that it’s not just the students engaged in fake nursing studies who will face the grip of the law. The “masterminds” who forge various documents for these students and submit them to the University are the principals of the respective nursing colleges themselves.
These carcasses who have attained post-graduate degrees and doctorates, yet treat the nursing profession with less dignity than even prostitution and cheat the poor public—it is these Principals who must be brought before the law first. It’s not that RGUHS authorities are unaware of these Principals who submit these forged documents—especially the female Principals—but they [the principals] use money and physical beauty to seduce/lure and involve the authorities as accomplices in this fraud.
