RTI IMPACT. 80 NURSING COLLEGES IN KARNATAKA UNDER DISAFFILIATION THREAT? CAUSES UNCERTAINTY IN 2021 ADMISSION.

A big slap to nursing colleges in Karnataka. Activist M.K. Thomas submitted 80 applications under RTI Act 2005 before RGUHS in a single day! Mr. Thomas appealed before govt. of Karnataka, RGUHS etc to withhold the admission procedure of these nursing colleges for the year 2021-22 immediately.
After surviving from the unsuccessful plot to kill renowned RTI Act activist M. K. Thomas organized by Karnataka nursing mafia, is now back to the battle field. He submitted around 80 numbers of application before RGUHS last day. Through his applications he requested RGUHS to furnish the details of all the students who took admission for studying PB BSC (N)& MSC (N) courses at eight nursing colleges in Karnataka during the period 2019 to 2021.
Through his application under RTI Act 2005 he sought the complete details of students with regard to their photo graphs, copies of all the certificates, passport, adhar card, and duly signed affidavits of students in Rs. 20 /- judicial stamp paper which are endorsed by the principals of the concerned nursing colleges. The Public Interest Litigation (PIL NO. WP 43236/2019) filed by Mr. Thomas demanded C B I investigation into the alleged conduct of PB BSC (N) & MSC (N) courses by many notorious nursing colleges in Karnataka is pending before the Honbl’e High Court of Karnataka. He said as a part of strengthening this PIL, he is adding / impleading all these nursing colleges and their students in this PIL.

A compliant requesting to withheld the admission procedure of these nursing colleges for the year 2012-22 will be submitted to Govt.of Karnataka, RGUHS and various nursing councils next day revealed Mr. Thomas. The names of these 80 nursing colleges will be announced within few days.
