MSC (N) & PB SC (N) nursing courses are 2 year full time courses. The total practical hours for two academic years for PB BSC (N) course is 1665 hours as against for the theory classes only 870 hours and total practical hours for two academic years MSC (N) is 2500 hours as against for theory classes only 1200 hours. No candidate is permitted to work in a hospital / nursing home / laboratory / college while studying this course. Undergoing PB BSC Nursing and MSC nursing courses without attending regular class is a violation of the existing rules and regulations of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science and other apex bodies such as Karnataka State Nursing Council and Indian Nursing council and if found doing so RGUHS, Indian Nursing Council and Karnataka State Nursing Council disaffiliate or de recognize such nursing institutions. Hundreds of students who are presently undergoing 1ST year & 2nd year MSC (N) & PB SC (N) at R R College of Nursing, Bangalore are not attending regular class but they are working at different hospitals in India and other countries with the support of this nursing college management.
Indian Nursing council also re-establishes that PB BSC (N) & MSC (N) COURSES FULLTIME COURSES. ) Our team collected more evidences leading towards this education scam and its revelations are very shocking. Unbelievable nearly one thousand males and females were obtained graduation in PB BSC (N) and post-graduation in MSC (N) from R R College of nursing, Bangalore illegally without attending regular class.
The authorities of very notorious Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science is the whole supporter of this illegal practises of R R College of Nursing, Bangalore. When this university noticed such illegalities, through the official website of university they widely published a warning saying “PB BSC/ MSC nursing courses offered by RGUHS are full time not by correspondence. If any such instances of correspondence are seen please contact Vice – Chancellor / Registrar immediately”. But later for supporting Karnataka nursing Mafia University removed it from their website.
Later for preventing the illegal activities of nursing institutions and students, RGUHS initiated all the principals of affiliated nursing colleges to obtain and submit an affidavit from students, duly endorsed by the principal of the institution and the format for the affidavit also prepared by RGUHS and it is made mandatory that all the affidavits to be sworn on a judicial stamp paper of Rs.20/- (rupees twenty). The judicial stamp paper should be purchased in each student’s name
Principals of the nursing institutions are responsible for all the academic activates. Submission of this affidavit is a part of a big conspiracy jointly organized by the students who seek admissions to PB BSC (N) & MSC (N) courses and the Principal of the nursing college. Hundreds of students who completed/ undergoing PB BSC (N) & MSC (N) at R R College of Nursing, Bangalore submitted their affidavits on judicial stamp paper before RGUHS and all those affidavits are endorsed by Principal Prof. Tisha John. In those affidavits all the students who are not attending regular classes declared that they are attending regular classes and not employed anywhere and this false affidavits are endorsed by the Principal. Thus all the students and the above said principal become the major part of a big scam and the authorities of RGUHS who are supposed to verify the authentication of affidavits closed their eyes.
Our investigation report reveals that contrary to all these existing rules and regulation and violating all the basic morals of nursing profession the Principal of Faran College of Nursing Prof .(Mrs) Tisha John who is having post-graduation in MSc nursing, supporting all kinds of illegalities she helping the management to accumulate huge money through illegal way of nursing education. On the behalf of management she gives unethical promises and admitting students at this notorious nursing institution for illegal nursing education.
