Are you a student undergoing 1 St Year or 2nd Year PB BSC or MSC nursing course illegally at any of the following nursing college in Karnataka? If so, have you signed any affidavit in Rs.20/- judicial stamp paper and submitted before Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science (RGUHS), Bangalore? “No”? Then on the behalf you somebody signed an affidavit and submitted it before Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science.
Can’t believe it? Then you send me your name, details of the year and name of the nursing college where you obtained admission to me, then I will send you a copy of the same affidavit which is submitted before RGUHS by somebody. I collected it from RGUHS through Right to Information Act 2005. Do you know for what purpose I collected it? It is for submitting before Honbl’e High Court of Karnataka as an additional evidence in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) WP No 43236/2019, which demands C B I investigation into the alleged conduct of correspondence, non-attending courses for PB BSC & MSC nursing courses in Karnataka.
Now what happened to the safety and guarantee which they assured you while undergoing PB BSC & MSC nursing education illegally at their nursing colleges? They gave you warrantee only not guarantee. Once this scam exposed and C B I investigation imposes, no doubt the long awaited tragedy will hit back you as a storm for ignoring the principles and sanctity of Nightingale pledge. No management nor the agent who forced you to choose PB BSc & MSC nursing course without attending regular class won’t be there to protect you. Arrest and trials can’t be avoided. Don’t worry, the principal of your nursing college, who endorsed your fake affidavits, forged many documents related to your studies and submitted before RGUHS will surely with you in jail.
