P B B S C & M S C Nursing courses are two years full time courses. But some notorious nursing colleges in Karnataka are conducting these precious nursing courses illegally. These nursing colleges admit students to these nursing courses and allow them to work anywhere else and they complete these nursing courses without attending regular classes, which is a criminal offenses. The nursing institutions who conducts thee nursing courses are liable for losing their affiliations and recognitions. Our investigation reveals that these two notorious nursing colleges are engaged in this illegal activities and hundreds of fraud nurses are produced from this nursing colleges previously and
hundreds are presently undergoing these nursing courses illegally at these two nursing colleges. Evidences collected by us reveals that these two nursing colleges carrying out these illegal nursing education with the silent support of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science where all the nursing institutions in Karnataka are affiliated.
A renowned RTI activist Mr. M.K. Thomas filed a Public Interest Litigation before high court of Karnataka and demanded a CBI investigation into this alleged crime. To collect more evidences related to students those who took admission for studying P B B SC & M S C nursing courses at these nursing colleges, he filed two applications under RTI Act 2005 before Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, Bangalore on 08-07-2021 and as per the RTI Act 2005, the time limit for providing the sought information is 30 days. But as a part of supporting the illegal activities of these nursing colleges RGUHs
didn’t provide reply to Mr. Thomas, instead through a letter RGUHS asked these nursing colleges to provide the RTI reply directly to Mr. Thomas within seven days from the receipt of the letter and also warned these nursing to face legal consequences. Yes, if these two nursing colleges doesn’t furnish those replies to Mr. Thomas within seven
days, RGUHS initiate legal actions against these nursing colleges.
Now 20 days is over Mr. Thomas not yet received the reply. Why these two nursing colleges afraid to follow the instructions of RGUHS? Noting the answer is simple, these two nursing colleges are engaged in illegal nursing education. So as per the letter, RGUHS will initiate action
soon. Thus the affiliation of these two nursing colleges will be cancelled and it will force the management to shut down these two nursing colleges. If RGUHS fail to do so, Mr. Thomas will approach honb’le high court of Karnataka and demand for the closure of this two illegal nursing colleges. So dear students and parents beware before taking
admission for any nursing courses at these notorious nursing colleges.
